The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a professional who can own growth and marketing outcomes end-to-end in a lean organization. As Growth & Marketing Manager, you will define and execute market strategies, translate leadership vision into action, and coordinate internal and external resources to strengthen Infinity’s market presence and commercial momentum.
This role combines strategic thinking with direct execution and partner management, appropriate to the current scale of the business.
Job Purpose
The Growth & Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing Infinity’s growth and marketing strategy to support commercial objectives, market positioning, and long-term asset value.
The role covers market strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure disciplined execution. Accountability is focused on delivery, impact, and alignment, rather than executive-level governance.
What You’ll Do
Execute defined Growth & Market Strategy
Execute Infinity’s growth and marketing strategy in alignment with commercial priorities
Shape market positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for Infinity Tower
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform targeting, pricing support, and messaging
Support in identifying growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and market segments
Marketing Execution & Delivery
Plan and execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content across digital and offline channels
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand standards across all market-facing materials
Support sales and commercial teams with aligned marketing assets and narratives
Partner & Service Provider Management (New / Explicit)
Source, brief, and coordinate external service providers (PR agencies, creative agencies, digital vendors, research partners, freelancers)
Manage scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality and alignment
Monitor performance and value-for-money of external partners
Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced marketing and growth services
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Design, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between market messaging and project reality
Support launch readiness and ongoing market communications tied to project milestones
Performance & Insights
Track and report on marketing and growth performance using agreed KPIs
Maintain dashboards and insights to support decision-making
Adjust plans based on performance, market feedback, and leadership input
What You Bring
6–10 years of experience in growth, marketing, or market strategy roles
Experience working in real estate, development, or asset-led environments is a strong advantage
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Experience managing agencies and external service providers
Ability to work independently in a lean structure and prioritize effectively
Clear communication skills and sound professional judgment
