Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Real Estate
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving and managing strategic commercial transactions for Infinity Towers. The role is centered around relationship-led selling, deal structuring, and direct engagement with a selective group of high-profile clients, ensuring alignment with the project’s long-term commercial positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and advance strategic sales and leasing discussions for premium commercial floors
• Lead client engagements, negotiations, and deal structuring under approved commercial frameworks
• Act as a key point of contact for senior-level clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Support pricing discussions and value positioning of the asset
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure disciplined deal execution
• Provide market and client insight to support commercial decision-making
• Ensure all transactions meet governance, legal, and commercial approval requirements
• Maintain a focused pipeline of high-quality opportunities rather than volume-based leads
