Electromechanical Supervision
About the Role:
We are looking for an Electromechanical Site Supervision Engineer to play a key role in ensuring that all electromechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules. You will oversee site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure the successful delivery of MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency while supporting project objectives and minimizing execution risks.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and monitor electromechanical (MEP) works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to MEP works.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of electromechanical activities.
Verify the quality of installed systems and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
Prepare site reports, document observations, and provide technical recommendations to management.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in electromechanical site supervision within construction, real estate, or development projects.
Previous experience working with an engineering consultancy firm is required.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning procedures.
Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and site documentation.
Familiarity with project specifications, quality control procedures, and construction standards.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.
